AT&T Bay Area customers now have access to new interactive U-verse
TV features, including customized weather and traffic data, yellow
pages information and games on the TV.
The features, first
offered by the telco in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in September,
include U-bar, which brings customizable weather, stock, sports, and
traffic information to the TV screen; access to AT&T’s
YellowPages.com to search for local businesses; and Yahoo! Games, which
include sudoku, solitaire, JT's Blocks, mah-jongg and chess.
AT&T
offers U-verse TV in areas of Silicon Valley and San Francisco
including neighborhoods in the cities of San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa
Clara, Cupertino, Saratoga, San Ramon and Danville.
