Well, everywhere there's U-Verse, anyway...

From DSL Reports
In July of last year, Broadband Reports was the first to report that AT&T was cooking up a new 24 Mbps down 3 Mbps up tier for U-Verse users, and in December of last year the product launched under the "Max Turbo" brand. The tier, which costs $65 a month but requires you bundle other AT&T U-Verse products, was originally launched in Austin, San Antonio and St.
ATT has already hit the brickwall with U-Verse. My U-Verse service recently has been upgrade to the new vdsl2 32/5 profile with a max sync rate around 40k. There is not much more headroom for an higher profile.
Now in an copper milking fantasy world ATT will try to somehow magically increase their vdsl2 max sync rate with pair-bonding. But in really in the near future ATT will have to upgrade their U-Verse service from FTTN to FTTP.
