Att is Jacking up their prices for U-Verse Even More for 2012

U-verse TV

The monthly price for all U-verse TV service plans (with the exception of U-basic) will increase $2.00 per month.

Important Note

Beginning with the February 1, 2013, bill invoices, there will be a separate Broadcast TV Surcharge of up to $1.99 per month. This surcharge is to recover a portion of the amount local broadcasters charge AT&T to carry their channels. The Broadcast TV Surcharge will appear in theSurcharges and Other Fees section of the U-verse bill.

U-verse High Speed Internet

The monthly price for all U-verse High Speed Internet packages will increase $3.00 per month. Subscribers that are not currently paying a monthly fee for High Speed Internet equipment for Wi-Fi-enabled Wireless Gateway will begin to see a $2.00 per month charge for that equipment beginning with the January 27, 2013 billing invoice.
